The Rising Scrolls

Voices the community has elevated through their votes. These are not yet canon — they are arguments that earned attention. When the Kingdom grows, the strongest may be refined and elevated into the Scrolls.

Full incorporation into the Kingdom's body of texts requires a living community large enough to meaningfully deliberate. Until then, this hall preserves what has risen. Nothing here carries the weight of the Foundation or the Pillar Guides. It carries the weight of attention.
