By accessing or using The Eternal Kingdom website at the-eternal-kingdom.community (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Eternal Kingdom is a digital community platform that provides:

• Published texts and documents outlining the Kingdom's philosophy, governance framework, and covenant
• An AI-powered assessment system (“the Mirror”) that evaluates users' understanding of the Kingdom's principles
• A discussion forum for authenticated members
• User profiles with rank and pillar tracking

To access certain features (the Mirror, the Forum, profiles), you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

The Mirror is an AI-powered system that uses third-party language models (currently OpenAI). By using the Mirror, you acknowledge:

• The Mirror's responses are AI-generated and do not constitute professional advice of any kind
• Mirror verdicts (pass/fail) and rank assessments are AI-generated evaluations, not binding legal or official determinations
• Your conversations with the Mirror are processed by third-party AI providers and are stored in our database
• The Mirror may occasionally produce inaccurate, biased, or unexpected outputs. We are not liable for the content of AI responses.
• Rate limits apply to Mirror usage to prevent abuse

You retain ownership of content you post (forum posts, Mirror responses). By posting content on the Site, you grant the Kingdom a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and archive your content as part of the platform's operation.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, spam, or phishing attempts
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Is intended to manipulate or game the Mirror system

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited behavior.

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on this Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Site (provide a URL)
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and make a good faith attempt to notify the user who posted it. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

The Kingdom's published texts (the Spiral, the Eternal Covenant, the Oath of the Beholden, and the Pillar Guides), website design, logos, and the spiral symbol are the intellectual property of The Eternal Kingdom and its Founder.

You may quote and reference the Kingdom's texts for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Ranks within the Kingdom (Neophyte, Acolyte, Adept, Master) are symbolic designations within the platform. They:

• Do not confer any legal status, authority, or privileges outside the platform
• May be adjusted by administrators for cause
• Are subject to the governance mechanisms described in the Covenant

When donation functionality is activated, all contributions to The Eternal Kingdom are voluntary. Donations are intended to support platform infrastructure, development, and operations. Once the 501(c)(3) nonprofit entity is established, donations may be tax-deductible as permitted by law.

Until the nonprofit entity is formed, donations are treated as personal contributions to an unincorporated project and may not be tax-deductible.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site.

The Kingdom's texts and principles represent a philosophical and organizational framework. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Eternal Kingdom, its Founder, administrators, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, for conduct detrimental to the Kingdom community, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
