Lugh — The Master of All Crafts

Celtic — Warrior · Architect · Provider

The Pattern

Lugh Lámhfhada — Lugh of the Long Arm — arrived at the gates of Tara and was asked what skill he could offer. He named them one by one: warrior, smith, champion, harper, poet, sorcerer, physician, cupbearer, brazier. For each skill, the gatekeeper said "we already have one." Lugh replied: "But do you have one person who can do all of them?"

They did not. He entered.

Lugh is the Samildánach — the equally-skilled. Not the best warrior, not the best smith, not the best poet. The one who holds all skills simultaneously. The convergence.

This myth is awaiting deeper research. The pattern is mapped; the full telling is yet to be forged.
